What are your rates?
Our rates vary depending on the following several factors: location of the facility, size of the unit, location of the unit within the facility and climate control availability.
What are your hours?
We are open 7 days a week excluding legal holidays. Please call each facility for specific hours of operation and holiday schedules.
What kind of pick-up service do you provide?
We provide free pick-up service with truck and a driver. Please call the facility you are interested in for details.
Do you sell boxes and other packing supplies?
We sell all various size boxes and packing supplies such as bubble wraps and packing tapes. We also sell locks on premise for your convenience.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, personal checks, corporate checks, and all major credit cards. Ask about our various payment options.
Can you accept deliveries on my behalf?
We will accept deliveries such as packages and mails for you and will hold them for you.
How do I lock up my unit?
You lock up your unit using your own lock. You could purchase locks at our facilities.
What documents do I need when renting a unit?
You need to bring in one valid photo identification.
